About Us

Don has been in the real estate industry since the tender age of 21. Coming from a logistic business background, Don’s grandfather is the co-founder of SGX listed Poh Tiong Choon Logistic; but he decided to venture into the world of hard knocks namely business brokerage and real estate consultancy. 

Over time, his astute eye for business and investment opportunities enabled him to build up a strong clientele base that till this day counts him as a personal friend. Don strongly believes in building relationship, a pipeline that will enable him to build a vast network which will benefit all his clients in the long run. 

Integrity is of paramount importance for Don when handling his various business deals, hence clients can be assured of a top-notch service. He has also invested into property both locally and overseas and is always on the lookout for various business opportunities.

He believes that with a positive mindset and a can-do spirit, he can achieve anything he set his mind to.

Benjamin was a former Air Force regular who left to pursue his real interest - Business and Real Estate. Since entering the real estate industry in 2011, Benjamin has won multiple awards and accolades in his property agency, providing that age is no barrier to success. Since 2011, he has achieved countless Top New Achiever and Top Achiever awards. He quickly climbed to the top of his field, coming in at 23rd position for 2013 in Propnex (the largest real estate agency in Singapore). Other than personal sales, he has also groomed a team of 20 real estate consultants under his belt, and is also one of the Top Managers in his agency.

In his short 3 years of real estate dealings, he has accumulated a vast network of investors and business owners, and regularly provide them with investment insights and advice. With his ability to connect with his clients, he has become their go-to person for unbiased advice.

Not just satisfied with being a real estate consultant, he has also ventured into business on his own. Having spotted an opportunity overseas, he bought the master franchise rights for Singapore and now runs Escape Hunt Singapore, a popular attraction that has been featured in the media.

He believes that TRUST is the key to all successful business relationships, and always put his clients need before his own.
